This page of the AKMSS Staff Appraisal Form contains the Rating Scale to be used. It is notable that this scale runs from 9. Exceptional/Outstanding/Distinguished all the way to 1. Disastrous, and that only the loss of teachers who are rated 7 and higher “would be a loss to the school”.
